Director of Data Science

Job Summary

Leading a team of data scientists, the full-time remote Director of Data Science will define and execute data science strategies aligned with business objectives, mentor team members, and drive workforce transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute data science strategy aligned to business objectives and KPIs
• Lead and mentor data scientists and analysts
• Establish modeling, analytics, and governance best practices

Required Qualifications

• Advanced data analysis and statistical modeling expertise
• Strong Power BI experience (dashboards, semantic models, KPI reporting)
• Experience with agentic AI or AI-driven workflow automation
• Deep understanding of delivery/professional services KPIs (demand/supply, utilization, NPS, revenue)
• Experience building enterprise data governance frameworks
