Job Summary

Leading a data science team, the full-time Director of Data Science will develop predictive models to enhance customer intelligence and personalization for entertainment brands, collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams to drive growth through actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow a data science team to create predictive models estimating customer lifetime value
• Analyze customer interactions across various platforms to optimize engagement opportunities
• Design and implement A/B testing experiments to measure the impact of product changes and marketing interventions

Required qualifications

• PhD or advanced degree in Data Science, Economics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in data science and machine learning, with a focus on customer behavior and product analytics
• 5+ years of experience leading a team of data scientists
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and model development
• Experience with large-scale analytics platforms and advanced experimentation techniques
