Director of Data Science

Job Summary

Transforming complex data into actionable insights, the full-time remote Director of Data Science will lead analytics initiatives, shape client strategies, and drive measurement excellence while managing a team of analysts.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate complex analytics and media performance into persuasive narratives that align with client business priorities
• Develop analytics approaches that inform acquisition, retention, and optimization strategies, serving as a trusted advisor to clients
• Apply best-in-class measurement methodologies and advocate for effective analytics practices across clients and campaigns

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, marketing measurement, or data science with proven client impact
• Strong client-facing experience with excellent presentation and stakeholder-management skills
• 3+ years in analytics leadership roles, preferably with team management experience
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, Tableau, or similar analytical tools, along with experience in predictive analytics or ML/AI models
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Business Analytics, Data Science, or related fields
