Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements by scoping and delivering projects that solve complex marketing challenges using advanced analytics and modeling techniques
• Inspire and manage a team of analysts and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning
• Drive growth by pitching new projects and enhancing client relationships while staying ahead of trends in marketing analytics

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in data science, quantitative research, marketing, or consulting
• At least 2 years of experience in team management and development
• Proficiency in Python, Git, SQL, and a strong understanding of data pipelines
• Expertise in implementing machine learning models and a deep grasp of statistics applied to marketing problems
• Experience analyzing large and small datasets, with a current understanding of AI developments in the field
