Director of Data Security

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data & Cloud Security to lead enterprise data protection and security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish data classification and protection standards, and manage DLP controls
• Define secure cloud architectures and own cloud IAM strategy
• Lead the enterprise API security strategy and manage related risk assessments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field
• Possession or progress towards relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM)
• Minimum of nine years of experience in security, cloud, or data protection roles
• Proven experience leading data and cloud security programs
• Strong knowledge of public cloud platforms and data security technologies
