Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, architecture, and performance of enterprise data platforms and ensure data systems are scalable and aligned with business priorities
• Oversee the integration of data services into the software development lifecycle, delivering analytics and reporting capabilities for internal and external stakeholders
• Establish data governance standards and maintain data quality controls across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of experience leading data teams within or alongside software development lifecycles
• Proven experience in managing enterprise data platforms, including data lakes and warehouses
• Strong strategic leadership skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable data solutions
• Experience establishing data governance frameworks and driving data quality improvements
