A company is looking for a Director of Data Strategy & Operations to oversee the lifecycle of data acquisition and management for foundation models.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire diverse datasets while managing technical and legal requirements
• Oversee the technical lifecycle of large-scale data and develop internal tools for data accessibility
• Partner with the legal team to ensure compliance and manage sensitive data protection rules

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in senior data leadership roles within AI/ML environments
• Deep expertise in data licensing, intellectual property rights, and regulatory compliance
• Strong technical background in managing large datasets and data engineering workflows
