Job Summary
As a key member of the Data Strategy & Insights leadership team, the full-time remote Director of Data Strategy will manage the end-to-end vision and execution of analytics and insights, serving as a strategic partner to the Sales organization while overseeing analytical execution across various retailers and brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively own the end-to-end delivery cycle for critical client accounts, executing advanced statistical analyses and delivering executive-level presentations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior brand and retailer stakeholders, leveraging data to drive revenue and optimize campaign performance
- Lead cross-functional teams to align technical capabilities with market demands while managing Proof of Concepts (POCs) and client pilots
Required Qualifications
- 10-15 years of leadership experience in data strategy or omnichannel analytics, preferably at a Director or Senior Director level
- Deep expertise in Retail Media Networks (RMN) and shopper marketing ecosystems
- Strong coding skills, particularly in SQL, with experience in statistical modeling and data pipeline fundamentals
- Advanced experience with Business Intelligence tools, especially Tableau, and data management platforms like Snowflake
- BA/BS degree in a quantitative field; MBA or Master's degree in a related discipline is strongly preferred
