Job Summary
Leading the data strategy for marketing operations, the full-time remote Director of Data Strategy will manage the product roadmap for the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and oversee real-time data infrastructure to enhance personalization and revenue acceleration.
Key responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for CDP, identity resolution, and data enrichment to support marketing operations and revenue teams
- Lead identity graph expansion and drive data quality as a competitive advantage to enhance campaign performance
- Architect privacy and compliance frameworks while setting data integration standards to ensure scalability and security
Required qualifications
- Experience leading data strategy or MarTech operations in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven ability to manage product roadmaps with multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively
- Fluency in modern GTM stacks, including CDP, CRM, MAP, and analytics tools
- Understanding of identity resolution challenges and experience in developing data governance frameworks
- Experience supporting AI/ML use cases in go-to-market strategies
