Director of Data Strategy

Job Summary

Leading the data strategy for marketing operations, the full-time remote Director of Data Strategy will manage the product roadmap for the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and real-time data infrastructure, focusing on personalization and revenue acceleration across various marketing tools.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for CDP, identity resolution, and data enrichment to support marketing operations
• Lead identity graph expansion and drive data quality as a competitive advantage
• Architect privacy and compliance frameworks while enabling innovation and real-time data activation

Required qualifications

• Experience leading data strategy or CDP implementation in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven ability to manage product roadmaps with multiple stakeholder groups
• Fluency in modern GTM stacks, including CDP, CRM, MAP, and analytics tools
• Understanding of identity resolution challenges and experience with data governance frameworks
• Comfortable engaging with C-level leaders, IT architects, and data engineers
