Job Summary

Seeking a highly technical and data-driven operator, the full-time salaried Director of Data & Technology will lead the implementation and optimization of enterprise data systems and operational technology, transforming the organization into a fully data-driven private equity real estate company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of enterprise data platforms and build centralized data architecture across various departments
• Develop executive dashboards and real-time reporting systems to automate workflows and enhance decision-making
• Integrate platforms across the organization and identify opportunities to implement AI in various operational areas

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, and technology operations
• Proficiency with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Sigma, and Databricks
• Strong understanding of APIs, ETL pipelines, and systems integration
• Experience in building executive dashboards and reporting systems
• Highly organized with strong project management capabilities
