Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Director of Data & Technology, this strategic leadership role will manage the implementation and optimization of enterprise data systems and operational technology, driving the transformation of the organization into a data-driven private equity real estate company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and management of enterprise data platforms and centralized data architecture for company-wide reporting
- Develop executive dashboards and automated reporting systems to enhance visibility into portfolio and operational performance
- Integrate various platforms and build workflow automations to streamline processes and eliminate manual reporting
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, and technology operations
- Proficiency with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and Sigma, along with strong understanding of APIs and ETL pipelines
- Experience in building executive dashboards and reporting systems
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical executives
- Highly organized with strong project management capabilities
