Job Summary

To lead the transformation into a data-driven private equity real estate firm, the full-time salaried Director of Data & Technology will manage the implementation and optimization of enterprise data systems, reporting infrastructure, and automation processes, with a focus on integrating technology across various business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of enterprise data platforms and centralized data architecture
• Develop executive dashboards and automate reporting systems for performance metrics across the organization
• Integrate various operational platforms and build workflow automations to enhance efficiency and eliminate manual processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, and technology operations
• Proficiency with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and Sigma
• Strong understanding of APIs, ETL pipelines, and systems integration
• Experience in building executive dashboards and reporting systems
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical executives
