Job Summary
To lead the transformation into a data-driven private equity real estate company, the full-time salaried Director of Data & Technology will manage the implementation and optimization of enterprise data systems, reporting infrastructure, and automation while collaborating with executive leadership and various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and management of enterprise data platforms and centralized data architecture
- Develop executive dashboards and automated reporting systems for performance metrics across the organization
- Integrate various platforms and build workflow automations to streamline operations and eliminate manual processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or technology operations
- Proficiency with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Sigma, and Power BI
- Strong understanding of APIs, ETL pipelines, and systems integration
