Job Summary
Seeking a highly technical and data-driven operator, the full-time salaried Director of Data & Technology will lead the implementation and optimization of enterprise data systems and operational technology, transforming the organization into a fully data-driven private equity real estate company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and management of enterprise data platforms, including Snowflake and Sigma Computing, to create a centralized data architecture
- Develop executive dashboards and automate reporting systems for portfolio performance, investor metrics, and operational efficiency
- Integrate various platforms across the organization and build workflow automations to eliminate manual processes and enhance reporting accuracy
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or technology operations
- Proficiency with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Sigma, and Power BI
- Strong understanding of APIs, ETL pipelines, and systems integration
- Experience in building executive dashboards and reporting systems
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical executives
