Job Summary
Seeking a full-time salaried Director of Data & Technology, this strategic leadership role will manage the implementation and optimization of enterprise data systems and operational technology, driving the transformation of the organization into a fully data-driven private equity real estate company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and management of enterprise data platforms, creating a centralized data architecture for company-wide reporting
- Develop executive dashboards and automated reporting systems to provide real-time visibility into portfolio performance and other key metrics
- Integrate various platforms and build workflow automations to streamline operations and eliminate manual processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or technology operations
- Proficient with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and Sigma, and strong understanding of APIs and ETL pipelines
- Experience in building executive dashboards and reporting systems
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical executives
- Highly organized with strong project management capabilities
