Job Summary
Seeking a strategic leader, the full-time salaried Director of Data & Technology will architect and implement enterprise data systems and operational technology, transforming the organization into a data-driven private equity real estate company while working onsite or in a hybrid capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and management of enterprise data platforms, creating a centralized data architecture for comprehensive reporting
- Develop executive dashboards and automate reporting systems to enhance portfolio performance and operational efficiency
- Integrate various platforms and build workflow automations to streamline processes and eliminate manual reporting tasks
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, and technology operations
- Proficiency with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and Sigma, along with strong understanding of APIs and ETL pipelines
- Experience in building executive dashboards and reporting systems
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong project management capabilities
