Job Summary
Seeking a highly technical and data-driven leader, the full-time Director of Data & Technology will architect and implement modern data systems and operational technology, transforming the organization into a fully data-driven private equity real estate company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and management of enterprise data platforms, creating a centralized data architecture for company-wide reporting
- Develop executive dashboards and automate reporting systems to enhance business intelligence across various performance metrics
- Integrate and automate platforms across the organization, eliminating manual processes and improving operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, and technology operations
- Proficiency with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Sigma, and Databricks
