Job Summary
To lead the implementation and optimization of enterprise data systems, the full-time salaried Director of Data & Technology will architect modern reporting infrastructures and AI-powered workflows while collaborating with executive leadership in a hybrid or remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and management of enterprise data platforms and create a centralized data architecture for company-wide reporting
- Develop executive dashboards and automate reporting systems to enhance visibility into portfolio performance and operational metrics
- Integrate various platforms and build workflow automations to streamline processes and eliminate manual reporting tasks
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, and technology operations

- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical executives
