A company is looking for a Director of Database Development and Business Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a large department focused on Database Development and Business Intelligence, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Lead and mentor managers and their teams, guiding performance development and career growth
• Establish and drive best practices for database and business intelligence to promote scalability and optimization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in a data-focused environment with enterprise-level people management
• Strong expertise in modern MSBI stack/database technology and managing high-performance databases
• Background in DB/BI development and data warehousing with technical understanding for engineering support
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience accepted
• Master's degree (MBA or technical discipline) is a plus but not required
