Director of Deaf Survivor Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director to lead a program focused on providing services for Deaf survivors of domestic violence and related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and guide the vision and direction of the program, ensuring alignment with community needs
• Lead and supervise staff, fostering a strong team culture and supporting leadership development
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality, culturally responsive services and ensure compliance with grant requirements

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in ASL and deep connection to the Deaf community
• Significant experience in program leadership and staff supervision
• Experience working with survivors of domestic violence or related fields
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs and build partnerships
