Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Deal Desk Americas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Deal Desk Americas team to provide deal shaping, modeling, and operational support for Enterprise sales
- Develop and execute a repeatable playbook for sales across Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic segments
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Sales leadership to enhance collaboration practices and improve commercial outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in senior or leadership roles within a Deal Desk or Sales Operations environment, preferably in SaaS
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing and developing teams
- Experience managing high-value, complex deals in an enterprise sales context
- Expertise in quote-to-cash, contract management, and finance systems
- Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders across various teams
