Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Deal Desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow a global Deal Desk team, establishing coverage models and hiring for open roles
  • Own deal strategy and improve frameworks, approval matrices, and escalation paths for Sales
  • Partner with Accounting, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliance with revenue recognition and legal frameworks
Required Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of Deal Desk or related commercial experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • 3-4 years of experience in a people leadership role
  • Proven ability to build and scale a deal desk function
  • Strong executive-level stakeholder management skills across Sales, Legal, and Accounting
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on building scalable programs
