Job Summary
Leading the commercial deal governance function, the full-time Director of Deal Desk will manage complex SaaS transactions, collaborating with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other teams to enhance deal structuring, pricing strategies, and operational processes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Scale the global Deal Desk function to support enterprise and strategic sales motions
- Act as a trusted advisor on deal structuring, pricing strategy, and contract terms
- Drive consistency and operational excellence across quote-to-close processes
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or related fields
- 5+ years of team management experience in high-growth enterprise SaaS environments
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and revenue recognition
- Proven experience supporting complex global enterprise sales organizations
- Deep experience with Salesforce, CPQ platforms, and quote-to-cash workflows
