Job Summary

Leading the maturation of the Deal Desk function, the full-time remote Director of Deal Desk will manage complex deal structures, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure pricing discipline and process integrity throughout the quote-to-close motion.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the operating model for complex and non-standard deals while providing guidance and support to the sales team
  • Enhance workflows and service level agreements (SLAs) to improve efficiency and expedite deal closures
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other departments to streamline the deal process
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or related commercial functions
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in building or managing high-performing operational teams
  • Proven experience with complex B2B technology or SaaS deal structures in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of quoting, approvals, contract structures, and the quote-to-cash process
  • Experience with Salesforce and related commercial systems; CPQ experience preferred
