Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Deal Operations Center, North America & LATAM, GISV.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategy for the Deal Operations Center aligned with sales objectives
  • Oversee deal lifecycle processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance in contract creation and pricing
  • Build and lead a high-performing team while fostering relationships with internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or similar roles, preferably in SaaS/PaaS or technology
  • 5+ years in a leadership role with experience managing high-performing teams across geographies
  • Experience with high-volume and complex deal flows in North American and Latin American markets
  • Deep understanding of deal structuring, pricing methodologies, and contract negotiation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
