Director of Decision Management

Job Summary

Leading the strategic direction of the Decision Management Platform, the full-time Director of Decision Management will define long-term strategies, manage development priorities, and mentor a team, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term strategy and roadmap for the Decision Management Platform, incorporating customer feedback and industry trends
• Establish and advance core capabilities of the platform to enhance competitive advantage and adoption
• Lead and develop a team of Senior Managers and Managers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in platform or product management, including roadmap development and Agile coordination with engineering
• Deep knowledge of the Decisioning industry, particularly in banking, insurance, and telecommunications
• Understanding of decision logic execution, including rules engines and Machine Learning models
• Demonstrated ability to identify and prioritize market opportunities for platform capabilities
• BS degree in business or software engineering required; MBA or equivalent experience strongly preferred
