Director of Decision Science

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director Decision Science to provide enterprise-level leadership for real-time decisioning systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise decisioning charter, objectives, and KPI trees aligned to strategic business outcomes
• Establish and govern the enterprise roadmap for the decision engine, prioritizing initiatives in partnership with various departments
• Maintain accountability for the architecture, performance, governance, and lifecycle management of the real-time decision engine

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 9+ years of experience in decision science or applied data science
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing teams
• Proven expertise in real-time decisioning and decision policy systems
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
