Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Decision Support and Cost Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead efforts in identifying and recommending margin improvement opportunities
• Oversee the Decision Support and Costing teams, facilitating cross-functional collaboration
• Partner with community CFOs to deliver insights and results that drive financial performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial analysis or healthcare operations
• Proven leadership experience in managing financial teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools
