Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Delegation Oversight (Vendor Performance/Auditing).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Delegation Oversight team for vendor activities across various operational functions
• Participate in the negotiation of service level agreements and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Manage vendor relationships and performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and conducting necessary audits

Required Qualifications

• Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years of experience in Healthcare, Vendor Management, Delegation Oversight, Compliance, and Oversight
• Prior contract management experience
• Detail-oriented with strong negotiating skills
• Able to multitask effectively with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
