Director of Delegation Oversight

Job Summary

Leading a team in multi-state delegation oversight activities, the full-time salaried Director of Delegation Oversight will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, manage vendor relationships, and oversee performance metrics in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Directs the strategic oversight of delegated vendor activities, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborates with internal partners to manage vendor performance, audits, and corrective action plans
• Oversees contract management and serves as a key point of contact for escalated vendor issues and risks

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in delegation oversight, auditing, or vendor management
• A minimum of 3 years in a management or leadership role
• Proficiency in data analysis and project management
• Ability to build relationships and manage cross-functional teams
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
