Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of a scalable delivery framework across technology, operations, and business initiatives
• Translate strategic objectives into structured roadmaps and oversee end-to-end initiative delivery with a focus on resource alignment and risk management
• Manage cross-functional alignment and drive accountability through performance visibility and team development

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs in fintech, SaaS, or financial services
• Proven success in delivering multi-million-dollar initiatives across technology and business domains
• Strong command of project and program management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Experience in building and mentoring delivery or PMO teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications like PMP preferred
