Director of Delivery

Job Summary

To lead the delivery of data workflows and build a high-performing team, the full-time remote Director of Delivery will oversee strategic vision, manage P&L accountability, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction in a rapidly evolving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the vision and strategy for the professional services organization, translating corporate objectives into a clear delivery roadmap
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers and consultants while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of client engagements, ensuring seamless project delivery and high-quality outcomes

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in professional services or technology delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of managing a services P&L and achieving revenue and client satisfaction targets
• Deep expertise in project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall; PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in pre-sales, pricing, and contract negotiation
• Exceptional executive communication skills, capable of engaging with C-suite stakeholders
