Job Summary
Leading delivery operations for project-based engagements and managed services, the full-time remote Director of Delivery will ensure high-quality outcomes, align delivery practices, and enhance client experiences across a multi-level organization.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee delivery across project implementations and managed services, maintaining visibility on project pipelines and service activity
- Embed transformation practices into delivery execution and partner with leaders to shape opportunities within client engagements
- Lead and support a multi-level organization, providing coaching and mentorship to develop team capabilities and foster a high-performance culture
Required qualifications
- Significant leadership experience in consulting, professional services, or managed services environments
- Proven experience leading multi-level delivery teams in complex enterprise transformation programs
- Deep domain expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), or Project, Program, and Portfolio Management (PPPM)
- Experience operating within enterprise PMO structures, including planning and governance
- Demonstrated success in developing leaders and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture
