Director of Delivery Management

Job Summary

Overseeing the CA&I portfolio, the full-time Director of Delivery Management will manage practice operations and strategic business development for enterprise infrastructure delivery, ensuring financial performance, client satisfaction, and effective people leadership in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end delivery leadership for infrastructure service lines, including network and data center operations
• Interface with client senior executives to generate additional business and ensure client satisfaction targets are met
• Manage and develop leaders within the practice, focusing on training, performance, and career pathing

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of professional services experience in global IT managed services
• Demonstrated experience overseeing enterprise infrastructure service lines within a managed services model
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance
• Industry certifications and experience with Global System Integrators (GSIs) preferred
