Job Summary
Owning delivery outcomes across a portfolio of Google Cloud engagements, the full-time remote Director of Delivery Management will manage strategic programs, lead the engagement management team, and ensure client success through proactive governance and execution.
Key responsibilities
- Own delivery, governance, and execution across cloud, data, infrastructure, application development, and AI engagements
- Manage portfolio health and financial performance, including risk mitigation and resource planning
- Build and develop a high-performing delivery management team while maintaining delivery standards
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading complex technology programs, with 5+ years in professional services or systems integration
- Deep experience in delivering cloud, data, and AI engagements
- Proven ownership of portfolio performance metrics such as margin and forecasting accuracy
- People management experience, including hiring and developing client-facing delivery leaders
- Experience leading remote, multi-geo teams
