Director of Delivery Management
Job Summary
To support critical business operations in the US Public Sector, the full-time salaried Director of Delivery Management will oversee delivery management activities, manage large projects from initiation to release, and ensure operational excellence while collaborating with multiple teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain standards for delivery management, including capturing requirements and establishing communications
- Directly manage small to large critical projects from initial request through production release
- Identify project risks early and recommend resolutions to critical issues, facilitating timely decision-making
Required qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of project/program management experience in SaaS applications or software development
- At least 3 years of experience leading multiple large projects in an enterprise environment
- Previous experience with enterprise SaaS platform vendors such as Marketo or Salesforce
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM) are a plus
