Director of Delivery Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director / AVP, Delivery Enablement, Operations & Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a function for delivery infrastructure, governance, operational excellence, and organizational transformation
• Define and implement standard delivery methodologies, training programs, and tools to enhance operational consistency
• Manage delivery P&L, optimize margins, and drive talent development and organizational change initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in delivery operations, program management, or engineering operations within a SaaS or digital platform environment
• Proven track record in building delivery organizations and driving large-scale process transformation
• Experience in P&L management and resource planning
• Expertise in enablement and training, including scalable training materials and certification programs
• Prior experience in digital health or highly regulated environments is a strong asset
