Job Summary
To support a growing demand generation strategy, the remote Director of Demand Generation will build and scale pipeline generation programs, drive community-to-commercial conversion, and partner with cross-functional teams to create campaigns tied to revenue outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Build and scale pipeline generation programs across various marketing channels including paid search, social, and account-based marketing
- Drive community-to-commercial conversion initiatives to engage and convert users into qualified opportunities
- Analyze campaign performance and make recommendations to optimize pipeline contribution and revenue growth
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact
- Experience in enterprise software, infrastructure, or developer tooling
- Strong understanding of various marketing channels including SEO, AEO, and conversion optimization
- Experience building and executing account-based marketing programs
