Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Demand Generation & Customer Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of marketing managers for campaign development and customer lifecycle marketing
• Define and execute demand generation strategies to enhance engagement, pipeline, and revenue
• Analyze market trends and campaign performance to optimize demand generation and retention strategies

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in marketing
• 5+ years in demand generation roles
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in demand generation
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• Experience with Hubspot is preferred
