Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Demand Generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead the demand generation and growth marketing strategy for enterprise and self-serve segments
  • Develop systems to scale pipeline generation and ensure consistent lead feeding to the sales organization
  • Own MQLs by executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns and collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps leadership


Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering pipeline and revenue growth
  • Deep expertise in acquisition, engagement, and nurture channels
  • Advanced knowledge of AI-powered marketing stacks and automation workflows
  • Analytical mindset with strong command of marketing metrics and forecasting
