Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Demand Generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the demand generation and growth marketing strategy for enterprise and self-serve segments
- Develop systems to scale pipeline generation and ensure consistent lead feeding to the sales organization
- Own MQLs by executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns and collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps leadership
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of delivering pipeline and revenue growth
- Deep expertise in acquisition, engagement, and nurture channels
- Advanced knowledge of AI-powered marketing stacks and automation workflows
- Analytical mindset with strong command of marketing metrics and forecasting
