Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Demand Generation to lead growth efforts in the Enterprise employee benefits sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute an enterprise-focused demand generation strategy targeting HR and Benefits leaders at large organizations
  • Orchestrate multi-touch, multi-channel Account-Based Marketing campaigns targeting key accounts
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Sales and Strategic Alliances to drive direct business and enable channel partners
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of B2B Demand Generation experience, particularly in Enterprise SaaS or HR Tech/Benefits
  • Proven track record in building and scaling Account-Based Marketing programs for Fortune 500 accounts
  • Understanding of marketing to buying committees, balancing messaging for economic buyers and functional champions
  • Experience with channel partners, brokers, or resellers is a strong plus
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and ABM/Intent tools
