Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Demand Generation who excels in early-stage environments and focuses on building effective demand strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own pipeline targets and forecast demand contribution while designing and executing demand generation strategies
  • Drive campaign execution, testing, optimization, and performance analysis in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
  • Build and manage field marketing programs and partner campaigns to enhance pipeline growth and community engagement


Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of B2B demand generation experience, preferably in cybersecurity, fintech, or enterprise technology
  • Proven experience in driving pipeline in a sales- and partner-led go-to-market motion
  • Proficient in marketing technologies such as Hubspot, SFDC, ZoomInfo, and Google Analytics
  • Experience working in early-stage or high-growth environments
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build trust with stakeholders
