Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Demand Generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and implement multi-channel growth strategies for demand generation and account-based marketing
  • Optimize conversion rates through collaboration with web and product marketing teams
  • Own pipeline reporting and collaborate with Marketing & RevOps to manage attribution and tracking systems
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing focused on demand generation and customer acquisition
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or technology company is preferred
  • Expertise in at least two growth channels such as outbound, ABM, or paid marketing
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and Marketing leadership
