Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Demand Generation to drive growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set strategy and execute across paid, lifecycle, and content marketing to drive pipeline
  • Design full-funnel architecture ensuring seamless lead routing and MQL quality
  • Manage segmentation, lead scoring, and behavioral automation to optimize nurture infrastructure
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Proven ability to align marketing strategies with sales objectives
  • Expertise in marketing automation tools (e.g., Customer.io, HubSpot) and analytics platforms (e.g., Segment, Amplitude)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a B2B SaaS go-to-market organization
  • Experience managing marketing support for recruiting initiatives or employer branding is a plus
