Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Demand Generation to drive growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Set strategy and execute across paid, lifecycle, and content marketing to drive pipeline
- Design full-funnel architecture ensuring seamless lead routing and MQL quality
- Manage segmentation, lead scoring, and behavioral automation to optimize nurture infrastructure
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to align marketing strategies with sales objectives
- Expertise in marketing automation tools (e.g., Customer.io, HubSpot) and analytics platforms (e.g., Segment, Amplitude)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a B2B SaaS go-to-market organization
- Experience managing marketing support for recruiting initiatives or employer branding is a plus
