Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Integrated Demand Generation, responsible for leading marketing campaigns and driving measurable pipeline impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead integrated campaign strategies aligned to annual GTM priorities
  • Own Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) targets and monitor marketing-sourced pipeline contributions
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead conversion and optimize campaign performance


Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years in demand generation or revenue marketing with pipeline ownership
  • Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the education or EdTech sector
  • Strong track record in collaborating with Product Marketing on integrated campaigns
  • Proficient in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and make data-driven decisions
