Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Demand Generation to lead and grow its pipeline engine in a global B2B market.
Key Responsibilities
- Own qualified pipeline targets and collaborate with sales leadership on lead quality and conversion expectations
- Design and execute integrated demand creation campaigns targeting high-priority verticals
- Manage a team of marketing managers and the SDR function, fostering a culture of experimentation and accountability
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B demand generation experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of creating and implementing integrated demand programs
- Extensive experience with account-based marketing in complex buying environments
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as HubSpot and Salesforce
- Familiarity with AI tools in demand generation and strong analytical skills to assess program performance
