Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Demand Generation to own and scale their demand generation engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee full-funnel demand generation and paid media strategy, managing CAC, lead volume, and lead quality targets
  • Build and manage campaign tracking and attribution infrastructure for data-driven optimization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure efficient conversion of demand into new patients
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • 7-10 years in demand generation or performance marketing with experience in full-funnel paid media programs
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce and managing significant paid media budgets
  • Hands-on proficiency with campaign tracking, attribution tools, and marketing analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with experience presenting performance data to senior leadership
  • Authorized to work in the United States
