Job Summary
Experienced demand generation leaders will find a full-time salaried Director of Demand Generation opportunity focused on building and managing the demand generation engine across commercial and federal channels, overseeing marketing automation, lead scoring, and integrated campaign execution.
Key responsibilities
- Build and run the demand generation engine, activating messaging architecture into campaigns that generate qualified pipeline
- Establish the foundational martech stack, selecting and integrating tools that align with the company's go-to-market model
- Manage the BDR function, partnering with sales leadership on lead routing and qualification criteria
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in B2B demand generation, with at least four years owning a demand generation function at an enterprise software company
- Demonstrated experience operating in a dual-use environment, with knowledge of federal demand realities
- Proven track record of building or rebuilding a martech stack from scratch
- Strong experience managing BDR functions, including hiring and target setting
- Familiarity with marketing attribution and reporting infrastructure, including MQL/SQL models and multi-touch attribution
