Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of marketing-sourced pipeline initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Demand Generation will manage a team, set cross-LOB strategies, and be accountable for revenue contributions across behavioral health, care, and education sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Own and report on marketing-sourced pipeline across all business units, setting and managing pipeline targets and budgets
- Develop and lead a team of Demand Generation Managers, establishing performance expectations and coaching for skill development
- Build and scale multi-channel demand generation programs tailored to different buyer motions and sales cycles
Required qualifications
- 7 to 10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, including 3+ years managing a demand gen team
- Proven track record in managing marketing-sourced pipelines and delivering revenue impact in a SaaS environment
- Experience operating across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments with varied sales cycles
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting funnel data and diagnosing conversion issues
- Hands-on experience with marketing and sales technology stacks, including HubSpot and Salesforce
